These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the PressMate application, web application, website and related services.
1. About PressMate
PressMate is a digital support platform for businesses and professionals in the printing and packaging industry. It helps users discover information, submit enquiries, coordinate services and connect with relevant industry participants.
Platform features may include spare-parts enquiries and sourcing, multiple supplier quotation assistance, engineer and support-crew requests, installation, dismantling, shifting and levelling support, in-app chat, technical manuals, industry news, tender alerts, events, Market Watch, notifications, beta features and user feedback.
2. Eligibility and User Accounts
You must have legal capacity to use PressMate and enter into the relevant transaction or service arrangement. You must provide accurate, current account information and promptly update it when it changes.
You are responsible for protecting your password and account access, and for activity carried out through your account. Notify PressMate promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. PressMate may suspend or restrict an account where fraud, misuse, a security risk or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
3. Spare Parts Enquiries
A spare-parts enquiry may require the machine brand, model, year, serial number, part name, part number, photographs, videos, dimensions, specifications, quantity and issue description. You are responsible for checking that the information you submit is complete and accurate.
Incomplete or incorrect details may result in an unsuitable quotation, incorrect product selection or delay. PressMate may request additional evidence or clarification before sourcing an option.
4. Spare Parts Sourcing
PressMate may request or compare options from multiple trusted suppliers based on availability, compatibility, quality, condition, price, supplier response and delivery timeline.
Any option is subject to availability, quotation and confirmation. PressMate may offer competitive or multiple supplier options, but does not guarantee the cheapest or lowest market price, continuous availability or a guaranteed delivery date.
5. Original, Compatible, Aftermarket, Reconditioned and Used Parts
Parts may be Genuine/OEM, compatible, aftermarket, reconditioned or used. The applicable category and condition should be identified in the quotation or other transaction-specific communication where known.
PressMate will not knowingly represent a compatible, aftermarket, reconditioned or used part as an original or OEM part. Users should review the stated category, condition and compatibility before confirming an order.
6. Quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create an order. A quotation may set out product or service descriptions, price, taxes, freight, availability, condition, warranty, payment terms and estimated delivery or service timelines.
Pricing and availability may change before written confirmation, including because of supplier changes, exchange rates, freight or stock movement. An order is confirmed only in accordance with the applicable quotation or written confirmation.
7. Orders and Invoicing
Spare parts sold through PressMate are invoiced by Saawariya International unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
The invoice, quotation, warranty statement and transaction-specific written terms apply to the relevant order. Users should verify product, quantity, billing and delivery details before confirmation.
8. Payments
Payments must be made in accordance with the applicable quotation or invoice. Customers should pay only through payment methods officially communicated by PressMate and should verify any unexpected payment instruction before acting on it.
9. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly committed in writing. Delays may arise from supplier availability, transport or courier operations, customs, public holidays, weather, an incorrect or incomplete address, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
PressMate will communicate material information reasonably available to it, but does not guarantee delivery by an estimated date.
10. Replacement for Wrong or Defective Products
The applicable policy is replacement-only for a wrong product supplied or a defective product, subject to reasonable verification. The customer may be required to provide photos, videos, packaging information, machine details or other reasonable evidence.
Replacement normally does not apply where the customer ordered the wrong part, supplied incorrect machine, model or part information, installed the product incorrectly, damaged it after delivery, misused or modified it, or no longer requires it. It also normally does not apply where an electrical or electronic item was damaged by an external machine fault, voltage issue, incorrect installation or operating condition, or where the product works correctly but the customer changes their mind.
Where an identical replacement is unavailable, PressMate will communicate an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy excludes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Engineer and Service Requests
PressMate may help users request mechanical, electrical, installation, dismantling, shifting, levelling, emergency breakdown, preventive-maintenance and support-team services. A request is subject to review, provider availability, location, technical requirements and commercial confirmation.
Before work starts, customers should confirm service charges, travel expenses, scope of work, accommodation where applicable, required spare parts and expected timelines.
12. Independent Service Providers
Engineers, technicians and support professionals available through PressMate are independent service providers and are not employees of PressMate unless expressly stated otherwise.
PressMate helps users discover, connect with, coordinate or assign independent service providers. PressMate does not guarantee that every provider will be available, every machine can be repaired, every repair will succeed, or a provider will arrive within a particular time unless specifically committed in writing.
13. Engineer Ratings and Reviews
Ratings and reviews must reflect genuine service experiences. They must not contain fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful or irrelevant content. PressMate may moderate or remove content that reasonably violates these requirements.
14. Machine Information
Customers are responsible for providing correct machine brand, model, year, serial number, problem description, photographs, videos and other technical information. Providers and suppliers may rely on this information when assessing a request or recommending a part.
15. Emergency Requests
Marking a request as Emergency or Urgent does not guarantee an immediate response, provider arrival, diagnosis or successful repair. Response depends on provider availability, distance, access, safety, parts and the nature of the fault.
16. In-App Chat and Communications
Messages may be retained for support, service coordination, quotation and order tracking, dispute resolution and quality monitoring. Users must not send abuse, threats, fraudulent content, malware, unlawful material or communications intended to compromise another person or the platform.
17. Manuals and Technical Library
Manuals and technical content are provided for reference and do not replace qualified technical assessment, safety procedures or manufacturer instructions. Third-party manuals remain the property of their respective copyright owners.
Unauthorized redistribution, resale, bulk downloading, scraping or circumvention of reader or access restrictions is prohibited.
18. Tender Alerts
Tender alerts are informational. Before applying, paying a fee, preparing a bid or spending money, users must verify the final details directly with the original or official tender authority.
PressMate does not guarantee that tender information is complete, accurate or current.

PressMate may offer beta or testing features. These features may contain bugs, change, become unavailable, be redesigned or be discontinued. Users should independently verify critical business information before relying on it.
